The past can sometimes weave webs of itself. Either to get you caught up in it, or perhaps to lead you on a new path. Either way you turn, it’s the spider that you expect. That you fear most. What we don’t realize, is it’s the fear of the unknown that builds our path. It’s the waiting. The wondering. The timing. It’s everything we question. Everything we regret. It’s knowing the next step we choose could be defeat. But also realizing the unknown. That next step we take could lead to peace. To understanding. To infinity. Escape. It could be what we never imagined we’d find. When the paths before us seem insurmountable, devastating, possibly terrifying…that is when we find our strongest, truest, most resilient self. Even though it seems defiant, really it is finding. Knowing. Breathing. Gaining. Please, never quit. Your journey MEANS something. If not to someone else, to your future self. We all, always have learning to do. This world that seems cut and dry, black and white, there are glimmers of light in between. You just have to see them. Choose them. Be them.

🎃🍂🍁🌻🍎🌰☕️

“Fall reminds us how beautiful it is to let dead things go.”

“There is something beautiful and revitalizing about October. When the leaves fall the world is surrendering. Letting go of pieces and parts that can no longer serve in a positive way. Trees hold strong to their core and survive the storms; but every good tree knows that as time goes by, the leaves come back and we all get to start again.”

Fall hues, cool-ish weather, rainy days, mums, pumpkins, pumpkin spice. Fall is near & I will never not indulge fully in all of the fruit you bare.
